The dried out beetroots are currently in Serbia

Firstly noticed in this state, then photographed on the second week of June, 2023 
somehow unnoticed by me, this couple of beetroots had  dried out, thus I documented them 

Once such a process is noticed, 
and documented 
where and when does one allow it to 'stop'? 

For now, these have been transforming internally 
and, for now, have been in a few cities 
-- momentarily on the way to Belgrade
