Mash or Mole

Cultural history tends to be diluted by the wants and styles of modern man. The popular guacamole is originally a specific handling of avocado as part of a sauce family. Certainly it has been the laziness and superficial attention to food in the West that has made the avocado mash a popular item.

On the other hand, the artisanal mind will gladly look to expand on the intelectual horizon through the palate, and spend some serious meals with this goal in mouth.
