accompanied travel – remolacha/red beet

These beetroots I had already documented in their dried state back in June 12 2023. Here they are now, first week of 2025.

Unsure of what this habit or idea — keeping edibles to observe how they age — might be called, I brought them with me to Europe. Here they are, posing on antique furniture adorning the residence where I currently dwell.
