Cloudy is when clouds block the sun, and impart a state on some souls, by which a lesser joy is present.

Claudius — I will say — is when clouds take on an attractive aesthetic power onto the eyes, seeming to be a single body, almost an institution, and do not feel the need to occult the radiance of the sun.
